Eid / International Day

We are planning to close the academy to pupils for one day for Eid.  We expect this to be either Tuesday 5th July or Wednesday 6th July but we will let parents know as soon as this is clarified via text, website and social media. We are able to do this because staff have kindly agreed to be flexible in their approach and therefore will make up the hours by undertaking some home study using our online training suite.

On the day immediately following this the academy will be fully open and we will be having an International Day. Pupils are encouraged to come dressed in a manner that represents their cultural heritage and will have the opportunity to learn about different countries and sample their foods. Further details about the day will follow by letter.
