A very warm welcome to Ark Chamberlain Primary Academy. I would like to take this opportunity to share a little about myself with you. I have been working in the academy, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, for eight years now and I passionately believe in the potential of every child in the academy. As I begin the role as Acting Head of School, I am looking forward to leading the academy on its journey back to outstanding.
Here at Ark Chamberlain we create a safe learning environment where children feel nurtured and supported by staff who know and understand every child as an individual. Our high expectations ensure we challenge and inspire pupils to reach their full potential, enthusing them through a broad and balanced curriculum with a focus on securing key reading, writing and maths skills.
Our aim is that the children will leave the academy fully prepared for the next stage of their education. The time spent at Ark Chamberlain will begin their journey to university, or a career of their choice, enabling them to have high aspirations and become leaders of tomorrow.
Ark Chamberlain is a community school; we welcome parents, carers and the local community into the academy to support with the children’s learning and enhance their education.
I am certain that by working together with the same goals we will be able to enable our children to achieve their full potential.
Mrs Victoria Twort
